Inauguaration Day For YOU!
In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. I think it's very befitting for us to dedicate today's blog to Him. It makes it that much more special since this is also the day for the public Inauguration of our nations first black president's 2nd term! One thing that Both President Obama and Dr. King share is their fortitude to move forward in their purpose without letting negative people to stop them. They both have taken it upon themselves to "inaugurate" themselves into their purpose long before the world recognized them! They both are example of what can happen if you remain focused on "That Thing" God put in your in spite of people who don't want to see you succeed. Ecclesiastes 9:10 says "Whatever your hand find to do, do it with thy might"! I love that scripture because it challenges the reader to find a focus and stay focused until your focus has become a legacy! In this day and age men are not the men that they should because instead of recognizing the value that God has put into them they would rather another man to value them. To make matters worse they are foolish enough to believe the reduced comments that people categorize them. But, today I'd like to "INAUGURATE" you to your future mind set of impossibilities! God's word says that you shall be the head and not the tale; It says that you are peculiar; It says that you are above all people on the face of the earth! Not because of your abilities, but because his devine power has given you ALL things that pertain to life and Godliness (II Peter 1:3 ). God's word has elevated you to an office of authority in your own life! You have the power to free yourself from believing what your haters have to say about you and start believing what God has to say about you!!! I leave you with this quote from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr: "If the Negro (Man) is to be free, he must move down into the inner resources of his own soul and sign, with a pen and ink of self-asserted manhood, his own Emancipation Proclamation."
